- Why do you take 3-8 days to deliver?
It is always our endeavor to provide the trendiest designs at affordable pricing without compromising on the quality. Because of this we are always flooded with orders and so sometimes it might take some time to dispatch your order. But we guarantee that the products will be worth the wait.
- It’s been some days since I made the payment but I still have not received the products. What do I do?
Relax . Your money is safe with us. Sometimes the shipping of the product might take 15-21 days. If after 21 days you still have not received your product then please email us at email@example.com
- Why don’t you have a refund policy?
Unlike other sites we are not backed by big financial companies. We are a small startup passionate about proving the trendiest designs at affordable pricing. Our business model does not give us the flexibility to give refunds. Right now our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product. You can change the size for a different size, if the size you ordered does not fit you. We do not have any Exchange on Bags.
- What is your return policy ?
We do not have " Money Refund " Policy. Right now our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product. You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you. We do not have any Exchange on Bags and Gifts.
- Can I use more than one promo code on my order?
Using a discount code on your order? You can use all your credit notes in one order.
You can also use your coupon code with the combo codes that we have on different orders.
- Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?
Don't worry if you haven't received your order confirmation email straight away. You should receive it soon but in the meantime you can check your order details in the My Account section once you've logged in.
- I'm missing an item from my order, what can I do?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team on firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the missing item's name and size. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order:
If you placed a prepaid order, you may email us the changes you want to make in your order within 24 hours from time of order and our executives will make sure the changes are made in time.
If you are willing to change the product or size of the product, email us the new product name and the size you want within 24 hours from time of order.
To change the delivery address, email the new address with pin code so that we can make the needful changes.
For any other change, you may simply email your request and our executives will take good care of it.
- I am unable to place the order, what should I do?
We want to sort out such issues on high priority.

We aim to meet the delivery times but during busy periods (including sale), deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
- Where can I find your size guide and care instructions?
We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on all our product pages.
We recommend treating suede & nubuck with an appropriate protector before wear.
A suede brush will help to keep the nap raised & the suede looking new.
If your shoes get wet, stuff them with newspaper and dry naturally, away from a direct heat source.
This will prevent the outer materials drying out and cracking.
Unless otherwise stated, trainers and canvas shoes should not go in the washing machine.
If they get dirty, let them dry and remove the excess dirt with a clean brush or cloth.
For heeled products, check top pieces (heel tips) regularly & when they start to wear down take them to a good shoe repair shop and have them replaced to avoid slipping or causing further damage to your shoes.
Always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes. Arrange your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions and organise into whites, darks and colours. Turn garment inside out before washing.
- Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case, we will not refund the difference.
- Can you tell me if you're getting an item back in stock?
We don't currently have the facility to let you know when an item is due back in stock. As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, we don't tend to restock a lot of our items again.
